  • Sewing machines The development workshop is equipped with world-class brand sewing machines Dürkopp Adler that are best suited for heavy stitching.
  • UV welding Some of our products are treated using the ultrasonic welding technology. It is for example used for packages for ballistic inserts requiring to be absolute waterproof, on a back of backpacks with a shapeable 3D mesh or for aesthetic aspect.
  • Laser cutting Our mechanical equipment includes laser cutting machine enabling for example replacing the traditional strap bindings by laser cutting bindings. Laser cutting is also used in the actual preparation of production, where substitutes for cutting and punching of textile parts with a much higher precision and speed than in manual preparation.
